  • 45 or 60 minutes workouts: you’ll be in and out in an hour or less.

  • REGYMEN offers multiple workout options including Burn or Box. Switching up your daily routine helps limit workout plateau.

  • Burn up to 1,000 calories per workout. 

  • Monthly membership packages include Bluewater Fitness.  No contracts.
